SNAPSHOT SATURDAY – 20 OCT 2012
Yet again it’s another Saturday and time for another random ‘Snapshot Saturday’ of someone or somewhere in the world. This week I want to present a photograph of an approaching down pour in Bangkok.
Travelers who have visited Thailand know that sometimes when it rains, it pours in the “Land of Smiles“. This massive wall of rain was approaching as I watched from the 32nd floor of a building in Thapra, Bangkok and I was glad I was inside watching it go by. In these cases umbrellas are pretty useless. If you get wet, oh well! You’ll be dry again soon when the sun comes out. Just make sure your cameras and electronics are protected. :-)
Hope you enjoyed this weeks ‘Snapshot Saturday‘ photograph! Have a great weekend everyone! Safe and Happy travels! :-)

Nice one! I like how the grey just streaks down to the ground from the sky with a very constant shade of grey…. cool man!

Thanks Jeremy! Yeah I watched the rain come and go and then that ‘wall’ slowly approaching. You know rain there well enough yourself.
It was a deluge.
